A Key To Unlock The Potential Sales
As business leaders we are all going to the bottom line - profit! For more benefits to a field work good is to improve our sales.
Note: Sales are not the only way to improve profits. There are at least five important ways, which I will share more in the future.
To improve sales, we should have a good marketing plan. Some of us plan for him, some of us do not. As the saying goes: "If you fail to plan, you plan ... failure! "KEY So for those who do not have a marketing plan is to start a plan now!
For those who already have a plan, but has yet to achieve the desired results, which could be missing?
In most cases I've trained, full zoom on a single topic - LINK blurred between now and the desired result.
A small example is as follows: During the training session, the coach and I decided that networking is a potential strategy for generating leads. So everything is working hard people to events quickly. When it came time to review the results of this strategy, the result was a big disappointment. After discussion, we found that:
• She just squeezed the time to participate in an event each month
• No time to follow up with all the cards he collected
• Any follow-up appointment extended to more than 2 hours
• No results of this strategy
The missing links are:
• What is your purpose for networking? For sale ... or build a network of partnerships? What we have to offer your potential customers or alliances?
• How many events would be good enough?
• How much time do you spend?
• How to assess the ROI of the event you attended? By the number of cards collected names ... by the number of meet-up sessions after the network, etc. ...?,
What can we learn from the example above? Did we make a distribution step-by-step strategy of networking?
As the joke goes, how can we put an elephant into a refrigerator?
The answer is -
Step 1: Open the door
Step # 2: Put the elephant in
Step # 3: Close the door
The most important thing is to divide the plan simple, logical steps. Please keep in mind the question - "What must happen now before the next step can be done?"
